What do you get when you mix a bad-ass werewolf biker with a beautiful she-wolf who grew up as the MC President's daughter?
Book one of the Bash trilogy...
Angelica was raised not only as a biker's daughter, but as Bud's daughter -- the president of the Atlanta RTMC, which meant she also had dozens of 'uncles' who made sure she was safe, happy, loved, secure.
Needless to say, her virginity was still solidly intact when she left for college.
She goes to school up north, where no one knows she's a biker's daughter at heart, and thoroughly enjoys her time as a civilian. She gets rid of her pesky virginity right away, but is mostly a good girl while she buckles down to get her degree, staying at school even during the summers to take as many classes as she can fit in.
She's a different person when she comes home with her Master's degree, and in spite of her intention to remain a civilian, some of the bikers don't seem so much like uncles, anymore.
Warning: Lots of hot sex, a touch of BDSM, and an abundance of bad-ass werewolf bikers who are used to getting their way.
This is book one of a three book story. There's a tiny cliffhanger at the end, but only three weeks until book two releases.
Bash Vol I by Candice Blevins is the third book in the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club series. It can be read as a standalone and followed without previous knowledge of past books. I have not read the other books in the series but I will be looking into doing so. I enjoyed Bash Vol I and look forward to learning more about Bash and Angelica. I enjoyed the chemistry between the two of them. I have read and enjoyed this author before and I will continue to read more of them in the future.
Angelica is the daughter of the president of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club and he was brought up in that lifestyle. Her father has done everything to protect her from the worst of it all. Including having a personal body guard or two to keep her out of trouble and guard her from boys. She hated it until her father assigned Bash. She is instantly attracted to him and can’t show it because her father will reassign him in a heartbeat. He keeps her out of trouble and helps when she really needs it. When she finally goes off to college with her virtue intact she decides to fix that. She doesn’t have anyone watching her and she can live the life she wants. When she returns home she wants to keep her distances from the club but things won’t go the way she’s planned. Her choice in dates causes some controversy. On top of that her feelings for Bash have not changed and he seems to be avoiding her. She needs to get to the bottom of it and figure things out. Will she be able sort things out? Or will she continue to pine after Bash from afar?
Bash was a prospect for the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club and he couldn’t wait to become a full-fledged member. His first assignment was to protect Angelica the President’s daughter. He is fully aware of the importance of the assignment and keeping his attraction to her under control. He is there for her when things are tough and he will continue to be there for her a long as the assignment lasts. He can’t let his attraction and feelings get in the way. When she goes off to college life goes back to normal but she isn’t far from his mind. Now that she is back home he is doing everything he can to avoid her to keep from confronting his feelings for her since their relationship is taboo. She is making things difficult for him though and he doesn’t know how long it will be before the two of them will collide. With his feelings growing stronger he isn’t sure how low he will be able to resist her especially when she is making it difficult for him. Will he be able to continue to avoid her? Or will his dreams become reality?
I really enjoyed Bash Vol I. I love MC books but I also love paranormal romances as well. This was the perfect book to bring both elements together in a perfect way. I loved Bash and Angelica’s story. They had the perfect chemistry and were a great pair. I loved the way they played off each other even when they were trying to resist each other. I liked the secondary characters as well. Bash Vol I was easy to follow and enjoyable to read. I would highly recommend it to others especially those who enjoy MC romances.
